3 dead after plane crashes in Australia while fighting bushfire
CANBERRA, Jan. 23 (Xinhua) -- Three crew members were killed when a large air tanker crashed while fighting bushfire in Australia, confirmed local authorities on Thursday.
According to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, the plane had been fighting a bushfire near Cooma.
Gladys Berejiklian, premier of New South Wales, expressed her condolence to families of the deceased.
