ISLAMABAD, March 15 (INP): CPEC is not China-centric; it is open to the world, said Khalid Mansoor, SAPM on CPEC Affairs while addressing CPEC Industrial Cooperation B2B Investment Conference (Sindh Chapter), according to Gwadar Pro.

“CPEC is open to all the investors from all over the world." “CPEC phase one focused on early harvest projects and we were able to alleviate power crisis and develop infrastructurein Gwadar Port,” noted Mansoor. Regarding infrastructure, many new motorways, highways and Urban Mass Transit have been completed while the Orange Line in Lahore and 820-km-long Pakistan-China Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) have already been laid, he revealed. “Now the focus is going to be on environmentally friendly projects and there are a number of hydropower projects in the final stage of completion”, he added.
