Pakistan Ready to Shine at Street Child World Cup Breaking

April 28, 2026

Pakistan’s Street Child Under-17 Football Team has entered the final phase of preparations as its training camp continues ahead of the prestigious Street Child Football World Cup in Mexico.  The international event, scheduled from May 5 to May 15, will feature 30 teams from 20 countries, bringing together talented young street child players from across the globe. Pakistan will be represented by the Muslim Hands team, which has been preparing rigorously for the competition.

To review the team’s progress and boost morale, Muslim Hands International Chairman Pir Syed Lakht-e-Hasanain Shah visited the training camp along with Country Head Syed Zia-ul-Noor and coaching staff. He met the players, praised their dedication, and encouraged them to deliver their best performance. Addressing the youngsters, Pir Lakht-e-Hasanain Shah said the players have a golden opportunity to raise Pakistan’s flag high through hard work, discipline, and outstanding football.

He emphasized that the Muslim Hands initiative is more than just sport—it is a mission to empower talented children by providing them with opportunities to overcome hardship and showcase their abilities on the world stage.  He further stated that Muslim Hands International is committed to securing a brighter future for children not only through education but also through sports, supporting disciplines such as football, cricket, squash, basketball, and others.

The Street Child World Cup is not only a football tournament but also a powerful global movement promoting the rights, protection, and identity of street-connected children worldwide. Pakistan’s Street Child team is scheduled to depart for Mexico on May 2.
