An Indian lawyer submitted a complaint against the Pakistani batter Muhammad Rizwan to the International Cricket Council. In his complaint the Supreme Court lawyer identified as Vineet Jindal alleged that Pakistani batter, Mohammad Rizwan, has offered prayers on the stadium ground while his team was playing a match against the Netherlands. The lawyer termed the ‘conduct’ of Rizwan against the ‘spirit of the game’. The lawyer also mentioned in his complaint that Rizwan has also violated the game rules by taking to X (formerly known as Twitter) when he submitted a post in favour of the Palestine after clinching victory against Sri Lanka.
