Armed robbers gunned down a youth upon resistance during a robbery in tehsil Chunian of district Kasur on Wednesday, police said. According to details, the incident took place in village Jandwala where robbers attempted to snatch cell phone and cash from a youth. Over resistance, robbers shot dead 22-year-old Hamza s/o Zulfiqar and fled with snatched cash, cell phones and other items. The body was shifted to hospital for postmortem and police after registering a case into the incident started an investigation.
