A pitiless youth set his father on fire after exchange of hot words over domestic disputes, police said on Monday. According to details, the incident took place in Bhopalanwala area of Samrial in district Gujranwala where a youth exchanged hot words with his father over domestic issues. The verbal clash turned violent after which the accused set his 55-year-old father on fire rendering sever burn wounds to him. The scorched person identified as Mehmood was shifted to hospital where his condition was stated to be critical. The police registered a case against the culprit and started an investigation.
