A woman was killed and three women among four injured after they fell down moving trolley in Ahmadpur Shariq, Bahawalpur, rescue sources said. According to details, five people including four women fell down a moving trolley. A woman was killed and four others including three women were injured in the incidents. The body and injured were shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities.
