The capital city, Islamabad, is expected to experience partly cloudy conditions with a likelihood of rain in and around the city. In Lahore, residents can anticipate rain this afternoon in different areas of the city. The Met Department has indicated that dark clouds will form and rain is expected to follow. The minimum temperature in Lahore on Thursday is predicted to be 27 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature will reach 38 degrees Celsius.
The anticipated rain is expected to alleviate the current heat, making the weather more pleasant for residents in the affected areas. The Met Department advises residents to stay informed about weather updates and to take necessary precautions during heavy rain, especially in areas prone to flooding. Currently, the temperature in Karachi stands at 32 degrees Celsius, with a maximum likely to reach 37 degrees and a minimum recorded at 30.5 degrees. The humidity level is at 76%, and north-south winds are blowing at 16 kilometres per hour. There is a possibility of drizzle and light rain today. The hot and humid conditions are expected to persist for the next 24 hours.
