U.S. Ambassador attends wedding reception of prominent Pakistani-American CEOBreaking

 United States Ambassador to Pakistan, Ms. Natalie Baker, attended the wedding reception (Walima) of Abbas Haider, a distinguished Pakistani-American entrepreneur and CEO of the renowned U.S.-based defense firm Aspetto. The event was held in Islamabad and marked a moment of pride for the Pakistani community, particularly for Attock, from where Abbas Haider hails.

Abbas Haider is the son of Syed Muhammad Arif Naqvi, a well-known social figure from Attock currently residing in the United States, and the nephew of Syed Raza Haider Naqvi, a senior journalist and Patron-in-Chief from Attock. Abbas Haider has earned a distinguished place in the U.S. through his dedication and achievements. His company, Aspetto, provides advanced defense services to the U.S. government and has become a trusted name in the sector. In addition to his business success, Abbas Haider is also active in academia and policy discourse. He frequently delivers lectures at U.S. defense institutions and universities and has served as a member of the Executive Advisory Board at the University of Mary Washington.
