The current enforcement of the uniform education syllabus has been challenged in the Lahore High Court (LHC). The court on Monday sought replies from the federal government, the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board (PCTB) and other respondents. Justice Jawad Hasan heard the petition of Maryam Basheer while Barrister Ahmed Pansuta appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
