Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Composite Circle Mirpur Khas has arrested an agent who committed visa fraud with 36 Umrah pilgrims in Mirpurkhas. According to FIA spokesperson, the arrested accused, identified as Iqtidar Ali alias Sono, was involved in illegally sending pilgrims to Saudi Arabia. Accused was arrested from Mirpurkhas in an operation conducted by the FIA personnel.

The accused defrauded over Rs4 million in the name of sending pilgrims to Saudi Arabia. Accused defrauded 36 pilgrims in the name of Umrah. Accused had gone into hiding after receiving huge sums of money. Accused was running a travel agency illegally. The accused has been arrested and investigation has been initiated.
