Police carried out raids across different areas of Karachi following leads provided by arrested drug dealer Anmol alias Pinky, resulting in the recovery of cocaine from a house in Sachal Goth. According to police officials, late-night operations were conducted on the suspect’s identification, during which a residence in Sachal Goth was searched and cocaine was recovered. However, a separate raid in the Jamshed Quarters area did not lead to any recovery.
Officials said records of the recovered material are being compiled as part of the ongoing investigation. The accused Anmol alias Pinky was also present with the investigation team during the raids. In a separate joint operation near Abu al Hasan Ispahani Road, police and agencies arrested two individuals allegedly involved in receiving money from drug sales linked to the case.
The arrested suspects, identified as Fayyaz Khattak and Zeeshan Khattak, are said to run a communications business. Officials stated that both suspects had closed their shop and gone into hiding after the main accused was arrested. During the raid, mobile phones containing banking applications were also seized for forensic analysis.
Investigators said financial links between Anmol alias Pinky and the arrested suspects were established during her stay in the A-One area. The accused will be produced in court as investigations into the drug network continue.
