Two people died and several others got hurt critically Friday during a trade of fire between two groups in Khairpur Nathan Shah during a local fair. Reportedly, a clash erupted between two groups during Darga Jaril Shah Gilani fair in Khairpur Nathan Shah. The opponents opened fire on each other. As a result, two people died and many others sustained injuries.

According to police, the wounded were shifted to a local hospital but they left unattended over there and kept groaning with pain as doctors were not available in the medical facility. Police said three severely injured people were referred to Larkana Hospital. When the firing started during the fair, a stampeded broke out. Police said many passersby also fell prey to the crossfire.
