Two persons died after an iron-laden truck fell into a gorge on the highway near Battery Chasma in Ramban. According to Kashmir Media Service, officials said a rescue operation was launched immediately after the accident, and the bodies were recovered on Friday morning. The identification of the deceased is being ascertained. Further, cognizance of the incident has been taken up and investigation on the cause of the accident has started, he added.
