At least two policemen embraced martyrdom and two other sustained injuries when terrorists opened fire at a police mobile van at a check post in Peshawar in the wee hours of Thursday. According to details, terrorists opened fire at a check post located in Raigi Model Town area of Peshawar due to which four policemen sustained injuries. The injured cops were rushed to a nearby hospital where two of them succumbed to their wounds. The deceased policemen were identified as head constable Wajid and driver Farman. The injured cops were identified as constable Sayar and constable Feroze.
