Bodies of two youths have been recovered from an under-construction plaza at Rawalpindi’s Chandni Chowk on Wednesday. Rescue 1122 personnel, however, said that there were no marks of torture on the bodies of the youths, who were identified as 20-year-old Falak Sher and 17-year-old Sarim Ali. The personnel later shifted the bodies to hospital.
