Karachi citizens are urging authorities to look into the matter of transport fares, which have not been decreased despite the Pakistani currency outperforming the US dollar rate and a Rs8 relief petrol price announced three days ago.During a survey by a private TV Channel, citizens questioned why transporters haven't decreased the inter-city and intra-city transport fare of buses despite the decrease in petrol price. A number of other citizens expressed their thoughts on the situation and urged authorities to ensure the writ of the government. The government has not yet announced any measures to address this issue. However, citizens are hopeful that the authorities will take action to provide relief to the public.
