The indictment proceedings against the former prime minister Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi postponed once again on Saturday. The postponement occurred due to the duty leave of Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand. However, the new date for indictment has been fixed. The court postponed the indictment of Khan and Bibi in Toshakhana-II case till Oct 29 and adjourned the hearing. It should be noted that two days earlier the proceeding of the indictment of former premier and former first-lady in the same case also postponed. And due to security concerns the previous hearing was held in Judicial Complex Islamabad instead of Adiala Jail.
