Three passengers died while 20 passengers injured when a van overturned at Quetta Road near Hamayun Chowk in Shikarpur on Wednesday. According to police, the passenger van overturned when its driver lost its control due to overspeeding. The police said that the injured including children and women who are being rescued by 1122 rescue team and police have reached the spot. The passenger van was going to Thal from Jacobabad, police said. They said the deceased include 30-year-old Tariq, a resident of Mirpur Barro, Sajjad and Afkhani Lashari, a resident of Jacobabad while among the injured are 20 people including Abdul Nabi, Shamsuddin.
