Environment Department Director General Dr Imran Hameed Sheikh issued a notification in this regard on Thursday, implying that the step was taken after the continuous smog in the provincial capital. According to the notification, the special educational institutions will remain closed from November 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025. All government and private special education institutions will remain closed for three months.
