In this report, I have studied the trend in global debt, Developing Countries' debt and most importantly the the debt of low- income developing countries. I have also studied the debt situation of Pakistan in greater detail. I have highlighted the reasons for worsening of debt situation in low income countries as well as in Pakistan. The most important part of the report is the Framework that I have prepared for seeking a meaningful debt relief for low income developing countries including Pakistan from the platform of the G 20 . Pakistan's concerned Ministries ( Ministries of Finance , Foreign Affairs, Planning and Development and Central Bank may like to up the issue of debt relief from the platform of the G20 .
