Powerful rainstorm wreaked havoc in Muzaffargarh last night as unripe fruit fell from hundreds of acres of mango orchards. According to report, areas of Khangarh, Doaba, Moradabad and Langar Sarai were severely affected by the rainstorm. Falling unripe mangoes wasted the gardeners' entire year's hard work. Fallen mangoes are worthless in the market and will only be used for pickles. Gardeners said in this regard that first diseases attacked and now the storm destroyed the crop.
