The spillways of Tarbela Dam have been opened.Following the opening of the spillways, the water flow is expected to range between 220,000 and 245,000 cusecs.In view of the anticipated rise in the flow of the Indus River, residents of adjoining areas have been advised to avoid going near water channels.
