Rescue 1122 teams from the Ladha station, South Waziristan Upper are hectically engaged to restore roads blocked due to heavy snowfall, despite extremely cold weather conditions. According to the district administration, the operation is being carried out on the special directives of Deputy Commissioner South Waziristan Upper Asmatullah Wazir.
Rescue personnel are using available machinery and manpower to remove snow and reopen roads for all types of traffic at the earliest. Officials said the ongoing operation aims to ensure safe and uninterrupted travel for the people and to minimize difficulties caused by severe weather conditions in the area.
The district administration has urged residents to adopt precautionary measures during adverse weather and cooperate with the administration and rescue agencies to ensure public safety.
