Smuggled items worth millions of rupees were confiscated during joint operation of Rangers and Customs in Baldia Yousaf Goth. According to details, on an intelligence tip-off regarding presence of smuggled goods, the Sindh Rangers and Customs raided a godown. During joint operations, 12 trucks of smuggled items including Iranian blankets, confectionary items and other edibles were confiscated. The recovered smuggled items valued Rs120 million in Pakistani market.  The customs sealed the godown and started raids to arrested the elements involved in smuggling.
