Punjab government has imposed a ban on slaughter of useful female animals across the province. Punjab Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi chaired the meeting held in Lahore on Tuesday which took the decision in this regard. Addressing the meeting, the chief minister said animal disease free zones will be established across the province. He said there was a lot of scope for livestock export in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and United Arab Emirates. Mohsin Naqvi stressed to increase export through an immediately actionable plan.
