At least six people were killed while four others sustained injuries as a vehicle in Lower Kohistan veered off the road and fell into a ditch. The tragic incident occurred when an ill-fated vehicle heading to Kolai-Palas from Bisham lost control and plunged into a ditch. The accident resulted in the loss of six lives, while four individuals sustained injuries, rescue officials said. Soon after the incident, the rescue teams rushed to the site and shifted the injured to Tehsil Hospital in Patan for further medical treatment. Furthermore, the police have launched an investigation into the incident and are trying to determine the cause of the accident. As per the initial police report, the accident occurred due to over-speeding. Meanwhile, the KP caretaker chief minister took notice of the accident and ordered concerned authorities to ensure medical facilities to the injured. KP governor also expressed his grief over the incident and directed authorities to provide a detailed report on the incident.
