The Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) is set to establish a hunger strike camp in Punjab, echoing similar actions at the federal level. Opposition Leader in the Punjab Assembly, Malik Ahmed Bhachar, announced that the camp will be staged outside the Punjab Assembly starting tomorrow from 3 pm to 7 pm. The symbolic protest aims to address three major issues: the release of PTI founder Imran Khan, the arrests of social media activists, and the escalating inflation. Bhachar emphasized that the hunger strike camp is a call to action against these pressing concerns affecting the public.
