Two student groups of Balochistan University clashed on Tuesday resulting in injuries to seven students after which the varsity was closed for an indefinite period. According to police, two opponent student groups of Balochistan University exchanged blows and fists resulting in injuries to seven students who were shifted to hospital. Keeping in view the situation, the administration of Balochistan University announced to keep the university closed until further orders. The Balochistan University will remain closed for academic activities for an indefinite period, the administration said. The students have also been advised to vacate the hostel premises with immediate effect. Separately, police booked nearly 60 students following a clash between two groups at Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU) in Islamabad.
