The movement of oil carrying ships at Port Qasim, Karachi continues as per routine.On the other hand, the Port Qasim Authority has taken effective steps to maintain the energy supply.Oil tanker Mt Esprash Two Fotco has docked at the oil terminal where the discharge of 101, 55 metric tonnes of gas, oil from the ship has started. Similarly, Mt MARITIME AMITY, carrying 43,930 metric tonnes of oil, has also docked at the Port Qasim.

The ship was registered at 11:12 PM on Friday night, and was allotted the registration number 37149.Spokesman for the Port Qasim has said that the Port Qasim Authority has taken steps to ensure timely movement of ships and brisk cargo handling. “The purpose of these steps is to ensure uninterrupted supply of petroleum products to the country,” he added.
