Armed robbers looted cash, jewelry and other valuables from house of landlord and injured him upon resistance. Citizens held one robber. According to details, a gang of robbers barged into house of landlord Muhammad Ashraf in Minchanabad area of Bahawalnagar and tied the residents with ropes. The robbers injured the landlord upon resistance and took away hundreds of thousands rupees cash, jewelry, cell phones and other valuables. The local residents upon getting information chased the fleeing robbers and held one of them who was handed over to police after sound thrash. The injured were shifted to hospital and police after registering a case into the incident started an investigation.
