Six persons have died in four road accidents reported from different parts of the country. A man and his nephew were killed when a truck rammed into the motorcycle they were travelling on at Khairpur Nathan Shah.   Police said the bodies of the deceased, who were identified as Naeem Sheikh and Jani Sheikh, were shifted to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital.  

Similarly in Arifwala, two youths were killed while one was seriously wounded in two different accidents.  A youth died when his motorcycle crashed into a tractor trolley on City Road. In the second incident, a man died while another was seriously wounded in a collision between two speeding motorcycles on Burewala Road.  

Rescue 1122 shifted the dead as well as the injured to a local hospital. Likewise in Renala Khurd, a man and his wife, travelling on a motorbike, were killed when they were overrun by a speeding bus, belonging to a private company, on the National Highway.   However, the bus driver managed to escape following the incident.  The dead were identified as 45-year-old Hidayatullah and his wife, residents of Shaukatabad.
