Rescue 1122 Lakki Marwat has released its weekly performance report, saying that the service responded promptly to 190 emergencies of different nature over the last week. According to spokesman, these operations were carried out under the directives under the supervision of District Emergency Officer(DEO) Bilal Afridi.

The report says that a total of 3,229 calls were received during the last week, including 1,568 fake or unnecessary calls and 1,471 informational calls. The total emergencies included 141 medical cases, 22 road traffic accidents, seven incidents of fights and gunshot injuries, and one fire incident.

During these emergencies, a total of 182 patients were safely shifted to hospitals, while several others were provided first aid on the spot. Furthermore, under the referral service, Rescue 1122 responded to 42 emergencies. Among these, seven patients were transferred within the district, while 35 were shifted from one district to another. A total of 46 patients benefited from this referral service.
