Rescue 1122 has responded to 1353 fire incidents in Faisalabad during 2023, rescuing 69 victims and shifting them to hospitals after providing them first aid. However, five people have lost their lives due to severe burn injuries and suffocation. Rescue authorities said on Saturday. Of the 1353 calls received by Rescue 1122, 355 were from commercial sites, 356 from domestic points, and 642 from other sites. Rescue 1122 teams have worked tirelessly to respond to these incidents and save lives. They have also provided first aid to victims and shifted them to hospitals for further treatment.

The spokesperson for Rescue 1122 urged the public to take necessary precautions to prevent fire incidents, such as keeping fire extinguishers in their homes and businesses, and being careful when handling flammable materials. In addition to fire incidents, Rescue 1122 also responds to other types of emergencies, such as road accidents, medical emergencies, and natural disasters.
