Tehreek-e-Shababul Muslimeen, a constituent of APHC-AJK chapter, organized a rally in Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, today, to mark Kashmir’s Accession to Pakistan Day, today, to commemorate historic resolution passed on July 19, 1947 in Srinagar. A large number of people including students and Tehreek-e-Shababul Muslimeen members participated in the rally and raised slogans in favour of Pakistan and Kashmir and against India. They marched on the main highway from Lal Chowk Uppar Adda to CHM Muzaffarabad.

 Addressing the participants, the speakers said the people of Jammu and Kashmir are adhered to the content of resolution of July 19, 1947 even after the passage of over seven decades. They said, the historic resolution was a practical expression of the ideological and intellectual commitment of Kashmiri Muslims to Pakistan. The resolution, they added, was the expression of wishes and aspirations of the Muslim majority of Jammu and Kashmir. Among those who attended the rally included Nasir Mir, Zubair Durrani, Munir Ahmed Konshi, Faizullah Durrani, Zubair Shah, Shahid Awan, Arshad Awan, Atif Mir, Imtiyaz Awan, Raja Muhammad Faizan, Habibullah Mir, Ahmed Shaikh, Chaudhary Aatif and Faraz Shaikh.
