Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has directed the swift completion of the stalled Controlled Access Corridor Project, setting a firm deadline for July. During her visit to the Controlled Access Corridor Bund Road Project, CM Maryam Nawaz personally inspected the service roads from Sigiyan Interchange to Babu Sabu and reviewed the elevated Bund Road segment. Chief Minister Nawaz emphasized the urgency of finishing the project, citing the inconvenience caused to the public by the ongoing closure. On-site, DGLDA Tahir Farooq and Chief Engineer LDA Asrar Saeed briefed her on the progress, noting that the high-rise section of Package Two is being prepared for traffic reopening. CM Nawaz underscored the importance of resolving the issues affecting residents due to the closed corridor and adjacent service roads, highlighting the government's commitment to improving infrastructure and easing transportation woes in Lahore.
