A session of the Punjab Assembly will be held at 10am on Friday (tomorrow). A statement issued by the Governor House said, “Governor Balighur Rehman has summoned a session of the Punjab Assembly at 10am tomorrow, February 23, at the provincial assembly’s chambers.” A statement by Rehman’s spokesperson said the governor had signed upon the summary of summoning the Punjab Assembly. PML-N leader Hina Parvez Butt also confirmed that the assembly will convene tomorrow, stating that it would be the third time she would take oath as a member of the provincial assembly.
