In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, protests erupted after a retired Indian army died under mysterious conditions in Rajouri district. The people with dead body of the deceased army man identified as Sukh Dev blocked the road in protest against police and administration in Palma Sankari village of the district. Family members of the retired Indian army soldier said that he went missing under mysterious conditions three days ago and his dead body was found lying in fields in the village on Monday. The locals blocked Rajouri Kotranka Budhal road and raised slogans against the administration. Locals termed it a clear murder and demanded arrest of the accused responsible for it.
