In a ghastly incident, a prisoner was hanged to death after rape by fellow prisoners at Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi, reported on Wednesday. The jail administration initially found Sabeel unconscious. He was taken to hospital where he was declared dead. An FIR was registered at Saddar police station against four influential prisoners namely Waqas, Asif, Naqash and Bilal on the complaint of the jail’s management.
