The Prime Minister, in his separate message on X, said he was deeply saddened by the loss of precious lives and widespread devastation caused by the floods and landslides in Nepal's Rasuwa District and other affected areas. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar has expressed deep sadness over the tragic flash floods and landslides in China and Nepal, which claimed precious lives and left many other still missing.
In a post on his X handle, he said Pakistan stands in solidarity with our Chinese and Nepali brothers and sisters in this hour of grief and offers all possible support and assistance in the wake of this profound tragedy. The Deputy Prime Minister extended deepest condolences to the bereaved families and salute the courage of the rescue teams, working tirelessly under difficult conditions.
