The Pakistan People's Party (PPP) has officially filed a petition in the Supreme Court, requesting a review of the decision concerning the allocation of reserved seats. The petition, submitted by Farooq H. Naik on behalf of the PPP, challenges the Supreme Court's ruling dated July 12. In their revision petition, the PPP argues that the allocation of seats to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was carried out without proper consultation and urges the court to reconsider and withdraw its previous decision. This move follows a similar action by the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) [PML-N], which filed their own review petition on July 15, seeking a reassessment of the same ruling on reserved seats.
