Regional Police Officer (RPO) Khanewal, Sohail Chaudhry has said it is prime responsibility of police department to implement of code of conduct regarding Muharram ul Haram. Speaking on the occasion of reviewing different routes of procession for 6th to 10th of Muharram, he said that there had been exemplary cooperation with organisers of processions, majalis and peace committee’s members. RPO Sohail Chaudhry stressed for enhanced unity among ranks of different schools of thought. He said a mutual coordination, respect and brotherhood in society was the real teaching of Muharram. DSP Ismael Kharak briefed the RPO over arrangements of security by the local police.
