Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has appreciated Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) for its successful operation against the terrorists of Fitna al-Khawarij in Attock District.  In his statement, he lauded the professionalism of Counter-Terrorism Department for killing five terrorists of Fitna al-Khawarij during the operation. The Prime Minister said the security forces, police and CTD are achieving significant successes in the war against terrorism. He expressed resolve to completely eliminate terrorism in all its forms and manifestation from the country.
