The Cabinet Committee on Privatization (CCOP) has decided to include Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Corporation Limited in the list of active privatisation projects of the ongoing privatisation program.  Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar chaired the CCOP meeting held in Islamabad which made the decision. During the meeting, the Privatisation Commission presented a summary on detailed update regarding privatization of Roosevelt Hotel. The meeting gave concurrence to the Privatization Commission for hiring of Financial Adviser to process and structure transaction of Roosevelt Hotel, New York, an asset of PIA.
