During an informal talk with journalists in an anti-terrorism court (ATC) of Islamabad, former Punjab chief minister Pervaiz Elahi Friday held Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif and PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif responsible for the inflated electricity. “Today, the middle class has vanished due to inflation,” he said. The former Punjab chief minister said that he was served the prison meal due to which his condition remained unwell.

 “Earlier, there was the facility of a doctor. Now there are problems in it too,” he added. On the other hand, Pervaiz Elahi’s wife, son and daughter-in-law filed a petition for his interim bail in the case of approval for the Ring Road extension project. Pervaiz Elahi’s wife Qaisara Elahi, son Rasikh Elahi and daughter-in-law Zahra Elahi filed the petition for interim bail. Special Judge Anti-Corruption Ali Raza Awan heard the petition.
