Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Mohsin Naqvi, has officially approved the designs for the Gaddafi, National, and Rawalpindi cricket stadiums during his current visit to the UK. While at the headquarters of the international stadium design firm BDP, Naqvi received a detailed briefing on the stadium upgradation project. Expressing his satisfaction with the proposed designs, Naqvi praised the design team's efforts and gave the green light for the development of these key cricket venues. In his remarks, Chairman Naqvi acknowledged the challenge of completing the stadium upgrades within the set timeframe. He emphasized that the team will put in rigorous efforts to meet this deadline and ensure the successful completion of the project. Naqvi also confirmed that the upgradation work for all three stadiums will be finalized before the upcoming Champions Trophy, with him personally overseeing the progress of this high-profile project.
