The passport making for people has been eased under One Document Regime to facilitate them in movement across Pak-Afghan international border. Earlier, there was only one room of the Passport Office Chaman, but now it is expanded and ten counters have been established. Two counters have been allocated for women only. Similarly, a new Passport Office with five counters has also been established in Qilla Abdullah under One Document Regime. People from Chaman, Qilla Abdullah and other surrounding areas are now approaching to these offices for making passports. Residents of Chaman, who were present at the Regional Passport Office, have lauded the government's initiatives.
