A Doha-bound Qatar Airways flight QR-605 failed to take off while taxiing on runway of Jinnah International Airport (JIAP) in Karachi due to technical fault, says in media reports. As per Qatar Airways sources, 325 passengers were on board. Later the flight was cancelled and it was decided to send the passenger via next flight. But despite passage and waiting of several hours all the passengers were forced to stay inside the departure lounge. The administration miserably failed to provide any relief and assistance to the passengers.

Late the passenger were informed that they have to wait inside as there is no room available in the hotel. A passenger told that due to cancellation of flight, passenger of international flights are much upset. They demanded officials of Pakistan Airport Authority to direct Qatar Airways to accommodate the passengers in any other hotel. They complained that the flight is cancelled but passengers are still waiting for time of next flight’s departure.
