Pakistani father-son duo sets Guinness World Record, praised by PM ShehbazBreaking

A Pakistani father-son duo has set a new Guinness World Record for the fastest time to climb around a person. Irfan Mehsood and his 5-year-old son Sufiyan Mehsood accomplished this impressive task in just 7.87 seconds, breaking the previous record held by an Indian team. The record-breaking event took place on June 19 in Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan. Irfan, who hails from the tribal district of South Waziristan, is no stranger to setting Guinness World Records. He has over 100 such records under his belt, including for the most push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, and other physical feats.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has congratulated young Sufiyan on his achievement, stating that the 5-year-old has made his parents and the country proud. The prime minister praised Sufiyan’s exceptional talent, expressing his belief that such gifted children guarantee a bright future for Pakistan. Irfan Mehsood’s impressive list of records includes previously held marks by 16 different countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, India, China, and several European nations. His dedication and physical prowess have earned him widespread recognition and acclaim.
