These observances are expected to include television and radio broadcasts focusing on his legacy, along with school processions, marches, and scouting rallies. Meanwhile, the Christian community will celebrate Christmas alongside the national holiday. The iconic landmarks of Mazar Quaid, Quaid-e-Azam Museum, and Flagstaff House in Karachi will be illuminated in tribute to both occasions. This public holiday announcement follows the release of the official 2023 public holiday schedule by the Cabinet Division earlier this year.
